Amaranth, Red Botanical Name: Amaranthus Red Amaranth is a salad herb with mildly flavored leaves. It adds a splash of rich color and extra nutrition to salads! The ornamental quality of its large, red-centered foliage makes a bold statement in the garden contrasting nicely with other herbs and bedding plants.
