Ordering and Shipping Information

Shipping Policy
All plants are shipped UPS Ground. If you live either on the northeast coast or northwest coast, we recommend that you select the UPS Three Day Select option when ordering. Seeds are shipped separately from plants USPS.

Shipping season for herb plants is limited to the spring months only, April through June. This is to ensure their well-being in shipping as well as in transplanting.
We ship plants Mondays and Tuesdays, so plants are not left in a shipping warehouse or on a truck over the weekend. You should expect delays in periods of harsh temperatures. We will monitor the weather across the nation and hold orders when necessary. We will ship seeds year-round.

Ordering Information
Our boxes hold 6 plants each. For your best shipping economy we encourage you to buy herbs in multiples of six, however we do not require a minimum purchase.

Sorry, we cannot deliver to a post office box, nor do we ship C.O.D.

Handling Fee
We charge a $2.00 handling fee per plant orders no matter the number. Seed orders have a flat shipping and handling fee of $2.00 per seed order no matter the number.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be charged until we process your order.

This is a secure shopping site. We do not share customer information.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee your plants will be delivered to you healthy and vigorous. If they get harmed during shipping, we will happily replace them if you contact us within 48 hours via email or phone. We cannot be responsible for their health beyond their arrival.

Once you receive your plants, please remove them from the box and allow them some air, light, and if needed, some moisture. Plant them as soon as possible according to the last frost dates in your area.
