Kristin's Costa Rican Tuna Salad

This is one of the most common dishes we ate when I was living in the rainforest of Costa Rica, besides the ever-delicious and nutritious rice and beans. It is refreshing and healthy, and incredibly easy to make.

Featuring the following Pantry Garden Herbs:
Coriandrum sativum ''
Coriandrum sativum
Common Name: Cilantro, Santo
2 cans tuna
3 medium tomatoes
1/2 onion
1/2 cucumber
1 lemon
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
drops of chili sauce, opt.
dash of salt and pepper
Serving Information
makes 3-4 servings.
