Italian Meatballs
Italian meatballs are perfect for spaghetti or they can make a mean meatball sandwich when simmered with a little marinara sauce and stuffed into a big hogie roll. Yum!
Featuring the following Pantry Garden Herbs:

1 lb lean ground beef |
 |
1 lb Italian sausage |
 |
1/2 cup onion, minced |
 |
1/2 tsp fennel seeds |

2 pieces of toast, crumbled |
 |
1/4 cup quick oats |
 |
1 egg |
 |
1 Tbsp milk |

 |
 |
1 tsp fresh oregano |
 |
1 tsp garlic salt |

Directions
Thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Roll into walnut-sized balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.>
