Italian Meatballs

Italian meatballs are perfect for spaghetti or they can make a mean meatball sandwich when simmered with a little marinara sauce and stuffed into a big hogie roll. Yum!

1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
2 pieces of toast, crumbled
1/4 cup quick oats
1 egg
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp fresh oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
Featured Herbs
Directions
Thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Roll into walnut-sized balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
