Garlic Brown Sugar Crockpot Chicken
Fix it and forget it! Super easy and full of flavor. The slow cooking makes the chicken extremely tender. This recipe calls for Red Rubin Vinegar as listed in the recipe above; you may substitute if neccessary.
Featuring the following Pantry Garden Herbs:

1- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken (boneless breasts work well) |

1 cup packed Brown Sugar |
 |
2/3 cup Vinegar (use the Red Rubin Vinegar!) |

1/4 cup Lemon Lime Soda |
 |
2-3 Tbs minced Garlic |
 |
1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and cut in strips |

 |
2 Tbs Soy Sauce |
 |
1 tsp Pepper |

Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.>
